To correct the e-mail errors using Microsoft Outlook please
do the following:
Note: If your outlook configuration appears
different than the instructions below please contact our
office for support at 973.736.7687.
1.
Open your Microsoft Outlook.
2. On the top menu bar left click on
Tools than left click Accounts.
Note: You may need to click on the down
array highlighted in red to see Accounts or Email Accounts.

A windows should
appear looking somewhat like the one below. Once it has
left click on the mail tab circled in red. Your e-mail
account should appear here. Could be named anything does
have to be my email account. Now left click on your e-mail
name under the account and left click on the Properties
button to the right.

A window will appear looking something like the one below.
Once the window has appeared left click on the Servers
Tab highlighted in red.
5.
Outgoing Mail Server (my server
requires authentication) must be checked. If
it doesn't left click on the box to the left of it in
red. Than left click Apply and OK in red to close this
window. And left click Close on the window behind it to
close that and you should be all set to send e-mails.
